These terms apply when you use dualatom.com or engage Dual Atom Technologies (“Dual Atom”, “we”, “us”) for web, software, photography, social media, video or AstroMetrics services. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.
Quotes and project scope
Project work starts after you accept a written scope and quote. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payments
Unless a quote says otherwise, project work requires a 50% advance, with the balance due on delivery. Final files and full rights transfer once payment is complete.
Relief Manager licences
- Relief Manager is offered as an Annual plan (Rs. 20,000 per year), a 3-Year plan (Rs. 50,000 for three years) or a Lifetime licence (Rs. 100,000, one-time purchase). Current details are published on reliefmanager.edu.lk.
- Every plan includes access to the TeacherSync app for the school's teachers.
- A public demo is available at demo.reliefmanager.edu.lk, and a free trial can be arranged before purchase.
- Fees are not refundable after activation, except where the law requires otherwise.
- The school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for having the right to use staff contact details for notifications.
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside school hours where possible.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website content, edited videos and delivered photographs, subject to any third-party licences (fonts, stock assets or plugins). We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Relief Manager and TeacherSync software, source code and design remain the property of Dual Atom Technologies.
Client materials
You confirm that you have the rights to any text, images, logos or footage you provide, and that using them in your project does not infringe anyone else's rights.
AstroMetrics readings
AstroMetrics readings are interpretive guidance based on traditional Vedic astrology. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and decisions remain your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project or licence is limited to the amount you paid for that project or licence period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data that could have been prevented by reasonable backups.
Website use
Website content is provided for general information. You may not copy substantial parts of it, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
